Sometimes the best service experience happens when things don’t go according to plan. This is what happened in my case because a part didn’t come in when it was supposed to. Sheri kept me apprised of the situation and was able to reschedule my appointment without any delays, and when I did bring my car in for service everything was done according to the agreed-upon expectations. I appreciated the friendly service at the front desk and the calls in the texts that I received to let me know when my car was finished. Mahalo for the outstanding service.

Wow! What a Great Experience with Your Current Subaru Workforce! I bought my new Subaru Forester (the third such model since 2004) and didn't recognize some of personnel since this was a Subaru Recall and have had no problems over four years. Stephaney & her Assistant at your Service Desk, plus the mechanics who helped me set my car's clock as a bonus plus seek Ryan Tanimoto who sold me the last Subaru in 2016 (I've logged only 15,000 miles due to medical problems since then), all were a joy to meet and talk story with. I've had complete strangers approach me and ask how my wife and I like our Forester and I tell them its a great car and sent them to You on Kuakini Highway. Mahalo Nui for Your Service!
