To whom this may concern, I have been bringing my Honda to this dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2017. I’ve had many advisors assist me with my vehicle needs, however David Fuentez goes beyond the typical customer business relation. He takes into account not only the seriousness of the vehicle needs but he gets to know his customers at a personal level and treats our vehicle as if it was his own. In doing so he provides excellent customer service compared to his colleagues. During my visit at Honda he was patient and understanding of the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. He took charge of the vehicle and kept me up to date with everything that was being done to my car. He gave me options and great advise to the repairs that needed to be done on the car. I will be coming to Mr. Fuentez for all my vehicle needs. I hope Honda truly values Mr. Fuentez because he is a true asset to the company and to lose him would truly be a big loss to Honda. Honda should look to Mr. Fuentez when hiring new advisors as this will boost the productivity and success in the business customer service relation.

I have been taking my pilot to this service department since I purchased my Honda Pilot in 16’. David Fuentez was the first person to greet me & I have specifically ask for him every time. He has always gone above and beyond making sure that my time is not waisted and my car is in tip top condition. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thanks David for always making sure my family is safe!!

I wish I was given more info about the different costs for each service performed. I would have delayed some services for a future date, I wasn’t given that opportunity. This was my first experience with Mike, other service writers at least gave me that option .

Mydam Chanthavong was very thorough, detailed, professional and kind. He is a wonderful service advisor. He told me exactly what my car needed, and had me out in a very reasonable time frame for an oil change and multipoint inspection. I hope you will consider Mydam for an award or something similar. He is a very helpful and excellent service advisor!

Time was an issue when I arrived for my simple oil change and I stated when I arrived at 9am. You said it was also scheduled for tire rotation at this time but I was nervous about that both could be done in time since one has NOTHING to do with the other and are separate mechanical acts. I had stated I had a noon appointment which you stated it would take the same time to do both and the whole thing would take at least a couple hours given the number of customers. It was not finished until 12:05pm and I missed my scheduled appointment. Perhaps my suggestion to you of doing the extra task of tire rotation should have been done at a later date so I didn’t miss my appointment. 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation seems a bit much doesn’t it? Being an ex NASCAR put guy maybe it would have been time efficient if while the oil is being drained on the rack the tires could be rotated so time is used wisely.
