I appreciate that everything was settled in the end. I know wilson does not have complete control over charges and procedures when running diagnostics to my vehicle. I didn't like feeling like honda was trying to take advantage of me by charging me almost 300 dollars for something that in the qend was covered by the honda warranty. I was told by service department when i forst called that i needed to go through fidelity and never told it could be a honda issue. The issue should have been diagnosed first. I already knew what the issue with the ac was and felt honda services was giving me the run around and trying to not keep me fully informed. If i hadn't known what the issue was i genuinely feel i could have been scammed.
