I went in for a battery change it took almost 3 hours but I didn’t mind because it’s excellent speedy service, everyone’s super nice and I had just cleaned my car and when I got my car back they had placed a mat to not dirty my carpet so respectful thank you for that. I had an appointment at 9:30am they didn’t let me know and just because I called around 12:30 to ask what was the problem with my car, if the mechanic. Was able to find what the issue was. He mentioned that I had to wait until 2pm. I was there wit my 2 years old, my 4 and my 12 years old children.
I don’t understand why if I made an appointment the service there took so long. I got my car back until 5pm they told me they check the car the light didn’t turn on and that if the lite with the “emission system problem turn back on to take it back.
I was really disappointed. I think you guys shouldn’t schedule so many people or accept so many walks in. The wait for the oil change also last time I took it. It was like 3 hours.

A couple of days ago I had brought in my Honda because all the dash board lights came on. As soon as I had arrived, Daniel introduced himself and asked what I could be helped with. While my car was in the shop, Daniel kept me updated about what the issue was and how long the job would probably take. I would recommend anyone to visit Daniel at Honda.
