I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with the way Dennis handled during the entire processing. Except it took 2 hours to get out of there even though I was the first in line at the same time I understood that the appointments come first. We have 2 Honda Civic in our household. However, I’ve been avoiding Goudy Service Center because I felt biased when I was there before. I don’t usually let my feelings get in the ways. Dennis and the ladies at the customer service/cashier handled very professionally and pleasantly. Dennis even bother to say good bye to me as I was waiting for the final paperwork - Thank you Dennis and All others who were involved in processing my needs!
