I drive from Azusa to Alhambra to get my service at this location, I do this because I feel comfortable at this place. Ivan greeted me as I arrived, looked up my vehicle information quickly and informed me of the approx time I would expect my vehicle to be ready. I waited on site for vehicle and to my surprise my vehicle was ready about 20 min early. Ivan personally came over to find me and went over any items for attention on my vehicle.
