Sader was really helpful as far as the women in the cashier office no one was clear as to when my car was going to be ready and when my car was parked my keys weren’t inside or handed to me so I had to go back inside the cashier office to look for my keys and pick them up.

I am satisfied with the service on 9/19/19, but I'm also upset that it took me going 4 different times until a manager actually did something about the situation. I went out of my way to take the vehicle for the issue to be dismissed and for my car to get a complete flat tire causing me to pay out of my own pocket for an issue I was told that I was putting too much air in the tire.. So all of this mess could have been avoided if they had just checked the vehicle on the or even the second time I went in for the same issue. But thank you to Dane for finally being able to help me out and actually hearing what the problem was.

I took my car in to get a patch on my tire and I ended up having to replace it, but when they replaced my tire, whoever installed the tire scratched my rim. I always take care of my vehicle and this is very upsetting.
