This agent was helping me and then forgot about me for 45 minutes. My kids and I were just 10 feet away from him thinking he had our car on the way out. Then when he walked by me, I called out to him and he ignored me. Another agent saw this and had to get his attention. Then when I was at his desk, I thought he was working on the computer processing our checkout paperwork. 6 minutes later when he was done, he looks up at me and ask for my name again. WTF! So when he finally worked on my paperwork for 2 minutes, I was able to go to cashier. If he didnt forget about me, I would been in and out of there in 15 minutes as happy customer. Again, 1) he for lgot about, 2) we were only 2 desk away from him because we were allowing him to finish with a customer that came after us 3) he asked forgot my name at least 3 times.
