I did not appreciate the fact that the Goudy reo tried to sell me a more expensive oil grade and service, when I indicated to bomb that I have always paid for the standard. I have all my auto service records; and he was able to cinfirm that when I insisted. I also asked about the "Senior Discount" on Thursdays. I did not get it. I am not upset about a $5 discount. Fortunately, I do not need it. But I believe you should not advertise something, when you don't really offer it. It is not honest advertising.

Most of me is satisfied but part of me isn't. After receiving my vehicle back I started experiencing the horn sounding off on its own without me depressing it. Mostly while the steering wheel is being turned. This did not exit prior to Goudy handling my recall. But Iam sure you guys will address this issue
