This is the first time I’m not satisfied with your work first I didn’t get any updates about my car when someone call me by the name Dani saying my car is ready to pick up at 5:15 I was not able to pick up my car because I was working I work 230 to 11 PM, I text Sader A few times also I spoke with him asking how was my car and then he says I will call you I will call you never did, when I ask Dani where is Cedar he says he went home that was Friday, Saturday I went to pick up the car in the morning the car has the same noise when I brought the car in, so I told him what’s going on you giving me the car with the same noise so they didn’t have anything to say by it they found a bucket in my truck and I threw the bucket in front of the mechanic And him and we went with the mechanic to drive the car so he can hear the noise and the mechanic says yes that’s a noise in the back he did not tell me that he told me you hear a noise with the bumps so I figured it was the pocket in the back, I got really upset I left the car again and he called me saying they going to work in the car and they didn’t today is Monday I pick up the car with the same noise and you guys charge me $140 also I mention that the doors has a problem on and off on and off When the car is up in the hill Lake Park tour sometimes don’t close but he passed tension to the doors but not to the noise and he says they lubricated the doors etc. I am I think you guys for that but I don’t think I have to pay $140 for that so what I want is you to give me my money back if I can speak with the manager the mini straightener the boss whatever I need the money back because I’m very upset back-and-forth back-and-forth for nothing and I have the card the same, I mentioned to sader I got a small accident and they did something in the bumper so he figured it was from the body shop and he send me back to the body shop but, he told me if that is coming from the body shop I’m gonna give them the receipt so they can pay, then he changed his version and say they might not pay so that’s why we didn’t work in your car so I left the car Friday Saturday for them to see or to keep the car only for nothing that’s unacceptable I’m very disappointed upset and unsatisfied
