Great guy. One of the best experiences I've had at the service department since 2014. He was straight up and didnt push anything on me. Also he didnt have me waiting he walked right up to me as I pulled up to the service department. I get people are busy but sometimes I've waited 5 minutes as staff are just talking amongst each other.

Was not very informative or helpful about what was wrong with the car. Had me wondering and thinking that I should get brand new tires replaced and that the cashiers would have the answers when they did not. They had no idea what I was supposed to do to fix the car problems either. Very disappointed, would definitely not want her to help me next time

Sader was great, other than having to with the dealer popping my tire causing a 1 day delay on picking up my vehicle which delayed my vacation. Not only that there was a gash in the rim from when they popped the tire which when I brought it up they said they did not see, but if they put a new tire on it would be quite obvious. So now I have to go back to get a new rim. This has been the worst dealer experience ever. I simply brought it in for routine maintenance and all I got was a nightmare. Sader was great, but I don’t think I can go back to this dealer after this experience. I’m afraid of what will happen next time.
