I’m disappointed in the fact that the air conditioning on my Fit wasn’t performing.
This car is a 2012 Fit with 60,000 miles on it. The first condenser was replaced two years ago. It now had to be replaced again plus some of the parts that go with that. Alex was excellent in keeping me informed thru 3 visits to get it fixed.
I am happy that I purchased the warranty which has saved me at least $3,000
Plus dollars at this point. But despite that I thought Honda’s were more reliable
Than this.

Was treated very rudely when I arrived due to a traffic jam and directions given to me. Daissy Cabrera was very nice and helpful but that was after I arrived. I am tired of the constant upsale pushed every time. I won’t be back for service, sales or anything else. There are other Honda dealers in the area.
