They took forever to just do an oil change. I got there at 11 am and didn’t get my car until 3:34. Throughout my past 3 years of goingto get my service never have I waited as long as I did today.

I receive an oil change and a tire rotation on 914/19 just this morning right when your service department opened. I was helped by your service consultant/advisor David Fuentez. He was definitely helpful and polite throughout my whole visit. He kindly apologized for the wait and jotted down all of my information that was necessary. It was smooth sailing from the start. David advised me a wait time of an hour to an hour and a half and will call me as soon as it is ready. I was totally understandable and patient because there were many cars ahead of me deposit the fact I parked my car in line at 6:55am. While I was waiting for my car being serviced, David gave me a call and told your technician finished the job quicker than anticipated and was done within 40 minutes! David tells me he will meet me at the cashier desks in a minute and before you know it, he beat me there. He took the time to thoroughly explain the paperwork and the service that was done including the complimentary inspection of my car! I asked him about how a tire rotation goes and yet again, he explains it very throughly and very clearly with absolutely NO sign of annoyance or impatience even when we both know there are many other cars/customers waiting for their car to be serviced just like how I was.
