Unfortunately your technicians lock the knowledge to fix your own cars. When you can't fix something, your excuse is that it is normal. In this case, the excuse is that the car doesn't have the feature I have been hearing for 2.5 years; eventhough it is listed in a specs document on the Honda news. Com, it is in the manual, and I can see the feature is turned on under the car's settings.
