I am always dissatisfied every single time I go here to get my car serviced. If it’s not a Honda staff member trying to advise me to get a bunch of unnecessary things done to my car, then it is the unprofessionalism by their staff members. This past time that I did my oil change, Ivan, the Honda staff member that was helping me, had me wait more than three hours to get my car back. I had to go out of my way to contact Honda to ask if my car was ready. He informed me that he had texted me to let me know that my car was ready about 30 or 40 minutes prior to me calling. I never received a call or a text message. As I was checking out with him to pick up my car, he did not even go through the inspection and the work that they did on my car. I left not knowing what they did to my car and having to read through the paperwork on my own. When I get service done here, the least that the staff members do is go over the paperwork and everything that they did on my car. That did not happen this time. I am extremely dissatisfied every single time I get my car serviced here and I am never completely happy with the customer service at this place. I would really appreciate A call from management to discuss this matter.

Advisor was great, however this is more about never once receiving coupons for any service nor a complimentary car wash in the last 2 years of continued loyalty to this dealership. Covid is not an excuse as one advisor tried to tell me a few visits back. Hope this changes sooner rather than later.
