I was happy with the car service that was provided. However, I was not happy with how long it took me to be checked in. I had an appointment at 10:30 and I arrived at 10:30. I was the only person in the appointment line and I was not checked in until after 11:30. In the meantime, they checked in about 4 or 5 cars in the non appointment line while I with an appointment that I was on time for had to wait an hour just to get checked in. This was so ridiculous that I am contemplating using a different Honda dealer for my next service.
