Had appt for service, car was not touched for 4 hours as I sat in waiting room. Was suggested do oil change and come back for other service at another time.
Do not live in areas I opted to wait it out and they missed that time estimate by an hour. Spent a total of 5 1/2 hours wait for a two hour service.
