Daniel is very patient and kind to explain what and why my car needs to be fixed and repaired. He also clearly explained me what may cause using engine pictures if I don’t get maintenance service in time. He tried to make me satisfied and trust him. We felt we were offered services that were unnecessary (wheel alignment) and overcharged for a necessary service (air and cabin filters). Additionally, r
Representative, Neil was less than cordial when we declined the above services. Lastly, Neil recommended an oil change every 5000 miles. My regular Representative, Dean recommended 7,500-10,000. I researched the Honda recommendation online and it supported Dean’s recommendation. I had little confidence in Neil, but after confirming what I believed to be true about frequency of oil changes, I have no confidence in him and would request not to work with him in the future.
I have been servicing my vehicles at Goudy since 2007 and this is the fist time that I am reporting an incidence of dissatisfaction.
