I had an appointment at 8:00am. I arrived at 8:03 and I didn’t get my car signed in till 8:15., I waited for my oil change till a little after 10. I walked over to the desk to find out why it was taking so long .. the paper work was sitting on the desk , and I still waited to get signed out ..!I’ve been there for service before, no problem . It shouldn’t take 2hrs for a oil change with an appointment .

I made an appointment for 10:00 for service, but I was never approached by any one from Honda to check me in and get the process started. It was only that after waiting for 25 minutes in my car, that I got out and found someone who could help me that prevented it from taking longer. I get that it was busy, but I had other commitments on this day and I scheduled the appointment at that time for a reason. I don't get the point of an appointment given the way that they are managed.

Service was great and friendly. Only complaints would be that it took awhile to get my car back (even with an appointment) and that the area where the splash guards were installed wasn’t wiped down prior or after the installation.
