Service advisor was fantastic, I had forgotten to place anti theft lug nut tool for tire rotation but advisor made note of it's location, however service technician did not perform tire rotation for which I was charged.

The service is super bad. My air conditioner has been repaired 4-5 times. It cost over $1000 to replace all the parts in the air conditioner. The result is not fixed yet. Never buy a Honda car again.
