I begin from 11 a.m. to dealership to change oil, was scheduled for two hours to complete, the results I was waiting for the three and a half hours, I'm curious, this is what kind of dealers,change the oil needs 3.5 hours, what is more ridiculous,the guest who come late than me had done an hour earlier than me, and the personnel of the service in every possible way I urged to check progress, really very funny!

Mi carro está igual no enfría el aire acondicionado cuando voy manejando la hora en que siempre lo manejo es entre 2:30 y 4:00 pm. No enfría ademas otra cosa me dejaron el tanque de la gasolina casi vacío..ese día que lo llebe.por suerte un empleado medio $20.00 dolares enfrente del gerente por que yo lo iba a dejar en el dealer por que en ese momento se me olvidó llevarme mi bolsa y no llebaba dinero.y todo el día ahí mi carro y quedó igual.la atención de chin you estubo bien ,solo que a mi carro no le isieron nada quedo igual Gracias.

Minh Ngo was very welcoming and helpful helping me figure out what process my vehicle would have to undergo due to having many sensors showing on my dash. Minh kept me updated regarding my vehicle through calling me and told me all he could at the time prior to getting the issue fixed. Once the issue was resolved, Minh called me regarding the good news and answered all questions that I had throughout the process.
