I tried and made several attempts to schedule appointment online, wad unable to and worried that my car will stop running while driving it hecause of the reminder showing on my dashboard. The employee assisting us while waiting on the line was excellent and asked if i had an appt and he said its ok even no appt. Service person Neil He asked me if i had an appt i said no and he said “today i will take you but next time he said that i might not be accomodated without an appt. it says online that walk ins are accepted. Please correct your notice online accorfingly uf that is the case. I have been a loyal customer of Goudy Honda sales and services.
