I would like to give a great shout out to Sader, who never fails surprise me by showing me his excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond to help me as a disabled veteran to receive great service when it comes to my 2017 Honda Ridgeline (which I bought at Goudy BTW). He never cuts corners or does anything to lose my ultimate trust in him and Goudy Honda. He is definitely a great asset and valuable employee who takes the time and effort to make you feel like he’s truly a great friend and professional, who gets the job done efficiently and precisely, at the same time. Wilson was one of the best service advisers I have encountered these last few years. I own few other brands of cars ( bmw , Porsche , etc. ). Wilson was very professional and helpful! Because the car system was not reset and I didn’t know how to rest it ( I am very low tech ). He offered for me to come after 4 pm and spent time to teach me how to navigate lots of the features in the car. I was very impressed with his professionalism and patience in working with me. Goudy is blessed to have such a good person to work in your service department. I definitely will recommend him to my friends.

I WAITED A WHILE FOR MY VEHICLE, WHEN WAITING FOR MT ADVISOR TO RETURN TO HIS DESK TO ASK A FEW QUESTION HE WAS AVAILABLE. I TRIED TEXTING THE NUMBER PROVIDED WITH NO ANSWER. 1HR WENT BY (I HAD ALREADY WAITED 1HR PRIOR) SO ASKED SOMEONE ELSE FOR ASSISTANCE, MY CAR PAPER WAS SITTING IN HIS DESK FOR A WHILE HE WAS STILL NOT THERE. WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PLAN (I PURCHASED A PLAN FOR OIL CHANGES WITH HONDA) NO ONE WOULD GIVE ME ANSWERS. I FELT I COULD NOT TRUST HONDA BECAUSE I WAS TOLD MY TIRE ROTATION WAS NOT COVERED AND COST ME $39.95 (I would get that for free at a different place when getting an oil change) THEN THE MAN THAT EVENTUALLY HELPED ME SAID IT WAS $17.95 OR SO. IT MADE NO SENSE TO ME, NOTHING FELT RIGHT & I HONESTLY REGRET BEING STUCK WITH HAVING TO CHANGE MY OIL THERE FOR A WHILE.
