I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change.
If there was a problem I should have been told. Instead , it was “ just a few more minutes “ time after time.
We love our Pilot and would like to get it serviced instead of the other local dealer but this was a bad first experience. I believe they said they would extend a gesture of $20 which turned out to be $17.36.
Look at our review of our purchase of the Pilot on 08/31/2020. Awesome! This? Bad news.

Car sat outside for 15 minutes while she was catching up with paperwork. She’s a fine person. It was frustrating to see the car all done. She either needs help or something is broken. Hour estimate was hour and half. You have some pinch points causing customers to wait unnecessarily. I trust Al Serra.
