Nice work. I felt taken care of. One small thing that was easily remedied: I specifically talked with the host at the beginning about something I wanted feedback on about the car. However, I found out that the technician wasn’t seate aware of the request until I mentioned it during the final review. Cami volunteered and was able to get the question answered by the tech at that point.
Also, I was surprised by an extra $12 at the end. Was told it was “shop materials.” Not sure what that would be outside of the costs already included in the regular service fee. Was glad to pay it, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.
