He said my alignment was off. But we just had it tested at Bell Tire and they said it was good. They put it on their machine to test it. The computer system you guys use to see that, could have misread it since my tires were low in air. This might be something to consider before suggesting an alignment to customers. I think even if the computer sees it, you should check it manually yourselves to double check it before you suggest an alignment for people. My husband told me not to go back there because you guys try to rip people off. But I still will. Also. My name is Elizabeth and I never indicated that my name was Beth. I told the woman on the phone that when I made the appointment yesterday and she never changed it back to Elizabeth. The lady on the phone was kinda crabby and could work better on her customer service phone skills with people.
