When I scheduled my service, I asked for approximate costs for oil, filter, rotation and wipers. So, I was expecting a total of about $75 to $80. When I arrived for service, I was told that I was due for more service because of the mileage of my vehicle, 40,000 miles. So, my total was $40 to $45 more than I was expecting. My only gripes are that, first, the representative who handled my call to schedule the service failed to ask for the mileage which should have then prompted that representative to then provide a reminder that extra services are due at that mileage, and second, that the cost of my wipers were much more than I was told that they would be. So, my suggestion is for better training in scheduling service to avoid these surprises and provide better service for your customers. Thank you.
