Jesse was courteous and professional, and I have no complaint with his effort. I also appreciate No Charge for the diagnostic tests. I am, however, frustrated and dismayed as a longtime Honda customer. My 2017 CRV has had many electrical problems since we bought it, but the recent battery problems have made it an unreliable vehicle. Its recent inability to reliably start and run make us reluctant to use the vehicle to transport our grandchildren, or for any lengthy trip. We wish we had a different / better vehicle, but at only 32,000 miles, we are probably stuck with it for awhile.
