I just stopped in hoping someone could let me know if the mirror bracket in my wife’s CRV was indeed broken and if I’d need to set up a service appointment to get it repaired. The service manager checked it out and also fixed it on the spot! To top it off, he didn’t even charge me for the repair! Amazing service all around.
