Fox Honda sent us a coupon for a vehicle that we purchased less then 3 years ago at Serra Honda. Upon arrival, fox Honda coupon is not accepted at Serra Honda and it was for the car at Serra Honda. Also, our records in the system have not been updated because we clearly bought a car 3 years ago and the address on file is from 10 plus years ago. All of the work I wanted done, was not done. We plan on going to other shops going forward. Thank you.
