Jesse Scott and the woman next to him with dark hair, were extremely nice and helpful. I had to bring my 3 dogs with me and the man at the 1st desk was incredibly rude about it. He said you can't have your dogs here, what if the mechanic has pet allergies? I said, well don't they wear their masks? He said not always. He then hastily said, finish your lunch and ill be over here. It was very unsettling and rude. I felt like I robbed a bank. I went over to the kind lady and asked to speak to management. Thats when I told her and Jesse what happened. I told them well I was going to buy a car here in the spring, but not after that encounter. Jesse said he would take care of it. This was the same guy I dealt with 3 days ago when I brought in my car remote and told it worked intermittently he took the remote and it worked and he was like "it works fine." I told him not all the time. I bought a battery and it still didn't work. Came back yesterday to tell him again. He tried the remote and sure enough it didn't work. So he set me up with today's appt. Not the nicest guy greeting customers.

The only thing that bothered me, was that from my first calm about this tire issue, all the my last communication, I told her that I purchased these four tires on December 4, 2020. She never listen to me not until the end when I was told the repair was for free. All that was needed to be done was to look at my records rather than just tell me I owe 20 some odd dollars for this repair, of which as it turned out, I did not. That was very bothersome that her listening skills were so poor
