This is an odd reason for being so satisfied, but Cody was very helpful when I got out of my car and slammed my thumb in the door. Got towels, bandages, checked on my several times while I waited. In fact, several folks in the service department checked on me. Totally beyond what was necessary, but supremely appreciated! (Ended up breaking my thumb. What a klutz).
