I was going to commend your team even before receiving this survey. I bought my car in Muskegon but when I called the service department at Serra and talked to Cody, he seemed to have a genuine concern for wanting to get my car in to make sure it wasn’t something serious. This was different from the others I had spoken with. I told him I couldn’t do it without a loaner and he got me one the next day. Literally every person I came in contact with when I got to Serra was welcoming and extremely friendly. I forget the gal’s name that set me up with the loaner but she was so great and helpful with getting my proof of insurance taken care of. I was told my Honda certified vehicle was 100% covered the next day. Loaner car and all. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days and I am so appreciative of all of your genuine customer care. Although I know my next visit may not be as cheap, I’ve found my go-to Honda service department. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful! :)

There are a lot of things to like about the service department at Serra Honda Grandville, but the interaction with Dwain Scheller is #1. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about my vehicle and explains everything very well. It’s great to know my Ridgeline is in the care of someone as thorough and honest as Mr. Scheller.

Friendly service. Oil change did take much longer than originally suggested even with appointment. Appointment and arrival at 8am and did not leave until 9:30am for just oil change.
