I asked about a missing bolt on the front underside near the bumper. I was told I was missing apart. I was confused because I’m not aware of any part as large as the one they showed me as missing. I sat for a bit longer because I asked to speak with a manager. They then took me back to look at the vehicle while it was up on the lift because the service tech thought I was speaking about an under carriage cover and not the simple bolt. I saw that there was an exposed section under the vehicle. I asked about that area not being covered and I was told that this part was actually not a part and that there never is a part there. I questioned why the other parts of the under carriage were covered. Was told that’s just how it is. Now, never having looked under my car while up on a lift I guess I wouldn’t know any different but looking at photos on-line it would appear that I am in fact missing that part. I bought this used CRV from Serra so I 100% feel that this part was never on the vehicle in the first place. I sincerely hope I’m wrong and not being mislead about a missing part in the vehicle I purchased.

I wasn’t quoted a price before service as started. I would’ve preferred to use my own oil which was in the front seat. I was told that there was none in the canister, but when I checked after service was provided the canister was still completely full. If I had been quoted a price before service I would’ve mentioned I use my own oil.
