How can a customer justify a $200 plus bill, for a brand new car with 20000 miles or less? With a tire rotation am I supposed to bring it back in to ensure the lug nuts are seated? Over all service in and out seams pleasant enough, however justified cost for the customer and the shop seems off balance.
