I made an appointment to make things “easier” it should not take 1 hour and 45 mins for an oil change with an appointment this has happened the past 2-3 appointments. I will not be back for an oil change. I have been loyal to Honda doe 15+ years and the speed // quality // honesty has been frustrating as money is more important to Honda.
