No one mentioned verbally that an alignment was needed. It wasn’t until I saw the print out at home that the brand new tires are cupping, I wish someone would have mentioned this.

Jesse Scott did a good job representing Serra Honda to me. The car needed the brake system serviced. I dropped the car off and returned 2 hours later to pick it up. It was ready. The brakes are like new after all rotors were turned. Jesse said the shoes did not need replacement. I appreciate they did no unnecessary work, which makes me feel I can trust the Serra Service Dept. Great job all around!

Add to that that I drive from Holland it makes me want to look around for a different service provider. This is not the first time I have had problems with your service.

I was the first car in the garage this morning and yet there was a lengthy wait for an oil change. Once my oil change was “done”, I headed home only to discover that the change oil indicator had not been reset and I had to return to have that done. Given the cost and the wait time, I may look elsewhere next time I need an oil change.
