I got a text that my car was done. So I went to his desk. He was busy with another customer, so why I got a text when he wasn't available I don't know. There were four other service people standing around talking and eating. No one else offered to help me. Nor did he even acknowledge me although he said he saw me standing there. I think I'll try Battle Creek service next time.
