Dwain and Matt Dutmer continue to provide fantastic service! I went in for an oil change on Monday. When I saw Matt walking back within 5 minutes, i knew something was wrong… My radiator was blown. Dwain and Matt were so kind, helpful and immediately took care of me. I had my car back by Wednesday. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for Dwain and Matt! Incredibly long wait for vehicle to be done, no loaners, car was dirty when it was given back after. Just leased my vehicle, 1200 miles, transmission went out, no one seemed to really give a ****. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Cami was the only helpful one, at least acted like they cared. Honda customer service sucked **** also.
