It was done nicely but I had to wait even though my vehicle was done being serviced, I noticed an employee pull it to the front lot. I asked another employee if I could get my vehicle and he said to wait for Dewain, I noticed Dwain had gone to break. I could see him outside on his phone. I had pointed out that I saw him walk out and that I could see he was on break and if I could have my vehicle keys so I can leave. He informed me that I need to wait for Dwain. I proceeded to wait for Dwain for another 15-20 minutes. The entirety of the visit was a little over 2 hours. For a scheduled oil change appointment.
