Online offered a 10.00 discount if the service was booked online. The online function wasn’t working for us. I brought it to our service reps attention at the shop and showed him the discount offering online. He had an opportunity to save the day and say hey, no worries with the complications booking online. Here is the 10.00 off anyway and we appreciate your business. Unfortunately that was a missed opportunity. The discount wasn’t offered. It’s only ten bucks but those are the little things that make all the difference.

My driver’s side mirror that was replaced due to a recall is defective. I informed the department but they said they cannot do anything until they talk to a Honda representative. I am dissatisfied with this result as now I am driving around with a defective mirror which i try not to look at because it is like I am in a fun house looking in a mirror and is not safe to drive with. I will only be satisfied once this mirror is replaced with one that works properly without being bent and defective.
