Been waiting 6 months for a part for a recall, Ridgeline rear camera harness. Go in today for an oil change to find out the part was sent back, had been at the dealership for over a month. Advisor claimed she called me. Never received a call or an email or a voicemail. I emailed Cody in April asking if the part had arrived. No response whatsoever. Annoyed. Now I have to wait who knows how long again. Annoyed

After my service appointment, later that afternoon, the tire pressure light came on steady. The same thing happened last year when I had my CRV in for service and I had to go back three times. The service people would check the tires and each time say “everything seems fine.” The third time, my salesperson got the service manager involved. He said that the service people didn’t recalibrate it and that’s what he had done and that solved the problem. So I will go back tomorrow and request a recalibration that I hope will solve the problem. I guess I will have to remember to request that every time I go in for routine maintenance.
