Great service, truth about what was going on, I used the drive home and get me plan as my vehicle had to be left overnight. The drivers were super friendly as was Dwain and staff at Serra Honda. Highly recommend.

Dwain' service was excellent, but I had my car in under warranty for no ac working, it needed a charge and was charged for it, I never used ac until weather changed the week prior to appointment. It did not work. I don't think it was inspected prior to my purchase. Not happy??
