Shania is great. We were not however expecting a torn American flag to be on display. We talked to management before Leaving but it was still up. I’m sure they have a company who tends to the flags on display but it appeared that no one cared enough to notice it from the dealership. Really sad!

Dwain is the best! He always goes over and beyond the call of duty for Serra customers. I couldn’t make it to Serra by the 5 pm closing time recently because of road construction and accidents. I had called the service dept and arranged to pay over the phone and pick up my vehicle after hours. When I arrived at 5:20 Dwain was still there—he had stayed late to make sure I got the vehicle all right. He is the best service writer I’ve ever met and does a wonderful job explaining the mechanical repairs needed.

Cake was very nice and pleasant. Issue is: you send me coupons for oil changes, in flier customized for me. Yet when I try to use it, there’s a reason I can’t use it. Happened this time, and same as time before. Feels a lot like bait and switch. So instead of paying coupon price of $44, I was charged $80! Kinda felt gouged.
So rather than send me coupons you won’t let me use, (which just makes me mad), just stop sending me bogus offers.
Integrity, it’s really not all that hard.
