I made a 10:00 a.m. appointment last week for an oil change today. I arrived at 9:50. I came out to service desk at 10:10 to ask about my vehicle and when it would be ready. Others that came after me had already been called. Service rep said 10 more minutes. At 11:35, I was finally called that my vehicle was ready. Almost a 2 hour wait for an oil change. I am not sure that I will return in the future.
