I came in for my 90,000 service on my 2015 Honda Civic and I was pleasantly surprised to get called ahead of the estimated frame and then I was really happy to hear that my bill had about $90 knocked off of it! The car was finished and sat out on the lot for a half hour before I was notified that it was finished.
I asked if I could pay the bill...saw the car outside. The employee said 'I'll get too it but I've got other things to do'. It took another 10-15 minutes. This was not an acceptable practice.
