Was sold a car with multiple issues, most importantly being I was sold a car that is a Certified Honda that had flat tires. I live over 30 minutes away. It’s not easy for me to bring the car back in for service. Was told by the sales rep to just bring it in and it would be taken care of so I thought no big deal. I brought it in a couple months ago and the tire valve stems were replaced. Tires proceeded to go flat again multiple times. I did not have time to bring it back until recently as well as have to arrange remote work so I can drop the car off for a whole day as it not close to my work. Was charged $70 some dollars yesterday for labor. Tire stems are an issue that has been happening since I was sold the car. I asked for my rear window to be looked at and was initially told there was nothing wrong with it. Then after “looking again” there’s a $350 part that is broken? My warranty covers power windows but I’m going to have to pay out of pocket for the window part? I get that labor is not free in addition to diagnostic. I was told that “last time the fees were comped to fix the tires since I had just bought it”. So now I have to pay for bad tires that were sold to me on the car? Just because 4 months has went by? I have drove vehicles for years on dirt roads and NEVER have had to replace the tire stems. I trusted the vehicle would have been sold to me in certified pre owned condition, which I have no idea how this vehicle passed whatever certification process that is. It idles horribly and I’m constantly having to worry about having flat tires, heat is weak from the floor motor and the rear passenger window is half broken from when I bought it. For spending $16,000 on a “Certified Honda”, I’m extremely disappointed in my entire Honda experience. I tried to bring some of these concerns up when picking my vehicle up yesterday and felt very brushed off. So not even sure where to even address any of these concerns and now I have zero faith in bringing my vehicle to this dealership for any repairs as it’s left there multiple times with continuing issues.

I did have to bring my car back after getting tires replaced. One was leaking and I had to pump up tire the next day. But, Cale got my car in the next morning right away and had it done and called me by 7:30. Cale was outstanding and apologized for the situation. I know things happen and I understand and Cale made it right . Thank you very much!
