Dwain is a great, honest adviser. I appreciate how thoroughly he explains every repair and his willingness to go above and beyond for each of his customers.
I don’t remember the name of the shuttle driver, but he remembered me from two months ago and checked in on my personal life right where our first shuttle ride left off. Great people working for this dealership who make a customer feel valued.

I did, however, have 5 pounds of air too much and all of my tires when I left obviously not the fault of Dwain and I did not inform him about this yet. I left the dealership and my tire light came on checked the pressure every single one of them was exactly 5 pounds too high.
