Dwain Scheller was extremely helpful …. The oil change and rotation went well, as usual. Then, I had a question regarding a scrape on my tire rim. Dwain offered several choices to repair the scrape - from a professional repair, to a do-it-yourself with options to purchase matching paint. I really appreciated his suggestions for that job and, locations to purchase the paint to do it myself. The service I’ve received at Serra has always been exceptional. Larry was good, I just wish there was more commication. I didn’t know the status of it the entire 5 hrs I was there until I walked back and asked. Strangely I noticed when I dropped the car off it had 225 miles on it as recorded by Larry and I. They replaced the door handle and added an ultimate protection package. Then when I got the car back in had 227 miles on it. How did it get 2 miles on it pulling it into the back and then back out front?
