Larry told me the transmission fluid and rear differential fluid was scheduled to be replaced at this 30,000 service. I authorized the rear differential fluid replacement for $135. When I returned home I checked the owner’s manual for recommended rear differential fluid replacement. The owners manual recommends rear differential fluid replacement at 60,000 miles, NOT 30,000. I needlessly spend $135 and I am upset. I expect better than this from Serra.
