I needed to visit 2x to get my vehicle serviced. I could not get everything in one appointment because I was told there wasn’t time on the Friday afternoon of my first appointment. Understandable, but it would have been helpful to communicate this to me beforehand so I could schedule on a day where the full service could be done. I also received the multipoint inspection once my service was finished and it stated that the cabin air filter “requires immediate attention” and the engine air filter “may require future attention”. Again, if this was communicated to me I would have said to replace both so that I do not need to schedule another appointment. I won’t be scheduling a 3rd here - I will find a mechanic who will get the job done the first time.
